Bellcon was established in 2019 to provide engineering design and management services to clients nationally across a variety of construction projects & industries.
We’re a small hands-on company which combines big-project experience with a personal and approachable business mindset, led by professionally registered engineer, Ashley Bellato.
Our business philosophy is always the same:
To deliver projects within our client’s budget and timelines, while ensuring their vision is always realised from paper to site. We always commit to the highest level of quality in our work, while ensuring we never waiver on our ethical obligations in accordance with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA) code of conduct.

Design, analysis and detailing for foundations, slabs, beams, columns, retaining structures and more, including the drawings and documentation required for approvals and construction.
DESIGN & BUILD TURNKEY SOLUTIONS
Design-install turnkey management solutions where we coordinate the full process, concept, engineering design, contractor coordination and on-site oversight, so you deal with one team from start to finish.
INSURANCE CLAIM INVESTIGATIONS & REPORTING
Independent investigations and reporting for insurance claims. We assess structural damage, identify likely causes and provide clear reports to assist insurers and property owners in resolving claims.
STRUCTURAL STABILITY INSPECTIONS & REPORTING
Site inspections and structural stability assessments of existing buildings and structures, with practical recommendations and formal reporting where required by law or stakeholders.
